No visitor is allowed to upload any type of media from our site. If a person uses an image of our website on his social media, then he is obligated to mention our website domain as the source

At Bloom by Neeraj, we believe in building long-term relationships through transparency and fairness. We invest time, strategy, resources, and dedicated efforts into every project from the moment a subscription begins. Because of this, our refund policy is designed to be balanced for both our clients and our team.
If you decide to cancel an active subscription before the end of the subscribed period, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the unused portion of your subscription. Refunds are calculated only on the remaining value of the subscription after deducting the amount corresponding to the period during which services have already been provided.
Eligible customers will receive 33% of the unused subscription amount as a refund. The refund will be processed to the same payment method or account from which the original payment was made, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
For example, if you purchased a yearly subscription worth ₹50,000 and requested cancellation after six months, the remaining unused value of the subscription would be ₹25,000. In such a case, you would be eligible for a refund of 33% of ₹25,000, which equals ₹8,250, and the amount would be credited back to the original payment account.
Refund requests must be submitted through our official communication channels and may require verification of subscription details before processing. Bloom by Neeraj reserves the right to reject refund requests that violate our Terms and Conditions, involve misuse of services, or are made after the subscription period has expired.
