Only 33% of the remaining unused subscription value is eligible for refund.
Example:
- Annual subscription fee: ₹50,000
- Subscription used: 6 months
- Remaining value: ₹25,000
- Refund amount: 33% of ₹25,000 = ₹8,250
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
No refund will be provided for services that have already been completed or delivered.
